According to hvylya.net: The joint-stock company 'Ukrzaliznytsia' has begun implementing a strengthened control system for online ticket purchases, resulting in the blocking of thousands of users suspected of abnormal activity. In the past week, the system detected and blocked 271 suspicious accounts, the company reported on its Facebook page.

Company representatives explained that the system identified users attempting to circumvent the rules for using the mobile application to purchase tickets. Some violations include creating multiple accounts to bypass blocks, repeatedly reserving tickets without payment, and purchasing tickets under different names.
The system analyzes not only the number of tickets purchased but also user behavioral patterns. Reasons for blocking include excessive reservations, abnormal search activity, and suspicious financial connections.
In the event of a false block, users can appeal to the 'Passenger Company' branch or send a letter to the specified address. The company promises to promptly resolve such situations in accordance with the law.

Ukrzaliznytsia notes that the mobile application is intended for individual use. Organizers of group trips are advised to use a special service for ticket registration.

Passenger reactions to the announced security measures have been mixed. Some express doubts about their effectiveness, emphasizing the need to address the ticket shortage issues.

The Ukrainian railway has begun monitoring online ticket users through a system that has identified violators and blocked their accounts. Passengers express various opinions on this innovation while emphasizing the need to improve the ticket sales system.
