According to glavcom.ua: A conflict arose in the city of Odesa between the employees of the Territorial Center for Personnel Recruitment (TCC) and a doctor from Kharkiv. After the confrontation, the doctor ended up in intensive care. A video of the incident is circulating online, reports 'Glavkom'.

According to 'Dumska', the military arrested the doctor on Kostandi Street and forced him into a minibus, pinning his head with the doors.

The TCC in Odesa has initiated an internal investigation regarding the military personnel involved in the conflict. They claim that the actions of the military must comply with the law and are ready to assist law enforcement in the investigation.

They also emphasize that such events, which violate military registration, harm trust between society and the Armed Forces. Citizens are urged to resolve conflicts in accordance with the law and refrain from spreading unverified rumors.
