Transport operation restrictions are related to available energy resources. Before the launch, a technical check of routes and rolling stock was conducted in the city.
Electric transport in Odesa ceased operations on December 13, 2025, after a massive attack by Russian troops. At that time, the city switched to social buses that duplicated key routes.
The gradual resumption of trams and trolleybuses is expected to ease movement around the city and reduce pressure on bus transport.
