In Vienna, the son of the Kharkiv deputy mayor was killed: two Ukrainians detained

In Odesa, two suspects in the brutal murder of a 21-year-old man have been detained. The victim's body was found in a burned car in the city of Vienna. According to Austrian investigators, the motive for the crime was an attempt to seize the victim's cryptocurrency assets.

A witness noticed a burning Mercedes on the streets of Donaustadt on November 26. The whole case turned into searches and detentions of the suspects, which took place on November 29.

During the detention, law enforcement officials seized significant amounts of dollars from the Ukrainians. An expert examination determined that the victim's body was burned on 80%, and death occurred from violent actions. Cash and transfers from the deceased's cryptocurrency account were found.

It has been preliminarily established that the deceased young man could be the son of a prominent figure. The mayor of Kharkiv declined to comment, calling the situation a 'personal story' of Serhiy Kuzmin.
