According to Міністерство Здоров'я: The Ministry of Health of Ukraine has started distributing the vaccine against the human papillomavirus (HPV) to the regions. The first batch has already been delivered, and by the summer of 2026, it is planned to distribute the necessary amount. From January 1, 2026, free vaccination of girls aged 12-13 against HPV will begin, which is an important measure in the prevention of cervical cancer.
Reminder: starting January 1, 2026, a revised Vaccination Schedule will be launched in Ukraine, which includes vaccination against HPV and other more convenient vaccination schemes for better health protection from an early age.
More information regarding changes in the Vaccination Schedule can be found on the website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
