According to hvylya.net: The CEO of Uklon, Sergey Grishkov, stated that there were no intentions to raise prices. The cost of a ride may change due to dynamic processes in the market, especially during peak hours when orders significantly exceed the available cars.
In real-time, the price may change due to various situations, for example, when a driver changes their plans due to another order. This leads to proposals to reconsider the ride's cost, but this is not due to an intention to raise prices specifically
Such situations, according to Grishkov, do not occur often, and only a small number of users receive a proposal for a price change. Additionally, Uklon remains one of the leaders in the taxi sector in Ukraine, maintaining a stable market share of 60% to 65%.
All accusations of attempts to increase prices for passengers are invalid, as changes in ride costs are solely related to market realities and the limited number of available cars at a certain time.
