As reported by the Judicial and Legal Newspaper, the initiators of the bill are committee chairman Oleksandr Zavitenivich, as well as people's deputies Roman Kostenko, Oleksandr Fediyenko and others.
Changes in Legislation
The bill proposes to amend the law 'On Mobilization Preparation and Mobilization,' expanding the ability to register workers without properly executed military documents. Registration is possible only at critically important enterprises and does not exceed 45 calendar days.
At the same time, it is proposed to amend the law 'On the Organization of Labor Relations in Martial Law Conditions' to allow the conclusion of employment contracts during the probationary period with employees who have not yet updated their military documents.
The bill envisages permitting Ukrainians without the necessary military documents to work at important enterprises with the right to arrange special mobilization. This will improve employment opportunities for people who have issues with military registration and will help maintain the effective operation of critically important sectors of the economy.
