Ukraine is covered by stormy winds and rain: forecasters warn of worsening weather

According to glavcom.ua: Today, December 9, we are expecting rather gloomy weather. Keep your umbrellas ready - forecasters promise clouds, strong winds, and even rain. Don't forget about warm jackets, especially in the Carpathians, where wind gusts may reach 15-20 m/s.

In the Kyiv region and the capital, the weather will also be poor: cloudy with rain and wind, and the air temperature is unlikely to be pleasant. So dress warmly and thoughtfully.
