According to glavcom.ua: Today, July 20, cloudy weather is expected in Ukraine, with significant rains in some regions. According to the 'Ukrhydrometcenter', it will be cloudy with rains and thunderstorms in the western, Zhytomyr, and Vinnytsia regions, with daytime temperatures ranging from 23-28°C. Most northern, central, Odesa, and Mykolaiv regions are also forecasted to have cloudy weather with clearings, with heavy rains and thunderstorms possible in some areas. Daytime air temperatures will be around 27-32°C in the north and 29-34°C in the south.

According to forecasts, the wind will be easterly, southeast at a speed of 7-12 m/s. Visibility is also expected to be limited due to rain and thunderstorms.

On Monday, July 28, a cyclone named Karlheinz will update the western part of Ukraine. Meteorologists predict rain with thunderstorms, and locally heavy showers, squalls, and hail are possible.

Forecaster Natalka Didenko emphasizes that the weather will be unstable, particularly in the western part of the country. Rain and thunderstorms will also affect Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Kyiv, Cherkasy, and partially Chernihiv regions. In the southern part of Ukraine and Dnipropetrovsk, extremely high air temperatures are expected, up to +39°C, which may lead to heat.
