According to hvylya.net: Ukrainian TCCs can now print summons directly, which will speed up the mobilization process. Previously, this function was performed by state institutions, but now the authorities have transferred this right to regional centers. This makes the process of creating draft documents completely digital.
Previously, the generation of draft documents and their delivery by mail was carried out by the Ministry of Defense or state printing houses of strategic purpose.
The digital signature of the TCC leadership guarantees the authenticity of the documents, and their sending will take place through electronic systems. This innovation has simplified and automated the process of producing summons for those liable for military service.
All this helps not only to facilitate interaction between government agencies but also to make it more efficient.
