According to hvylya.net: Thus, it has become easier for Ukrainians to obtain a category CE license for driving trucks with a large trailer or semi-trailer. This simplification does not require mandatory one year of truck driving experience and will impact logistics, defense supplies, and the overall economy of the country.
As reported by 'Khvylia', MP Oleksiy Honcharenko stated that the Cabinet of Ministers made a decision to simplify the procedure for obtaining a category CE driving license. This will allow obtaining a license without the mandatory one-year experience of driving a category C truck during martial law.
