New Ukrainian Initiative Empowers Teens with a Chance to Attend Racing Event in Baku

Launching the "Shape Your Dreams" Project in Ukraine

According to Рубрика — Суспільство: The "Shape Your Dreams" project has officially begun in Ukraine, a collaborative effort by Visa and Oschadbank aimed at encouraging teenagers aged 13 to 18 to pursue their ambitions despite challenges they face. Supported by the charitable organization Club of Benefactors, this initiative invites young people to share their dreams and future plans.

Submissions for the project will be accepted from September 9 through 14. On September 15, a panel of judges will select the finalists, and the identities of five finalists will be announced on September 16 at the "Place of Power" - a venue affiliated with the Club of Benefactors. The grand prize winner will earn an exciting trip to the car races in Baku, while an additional 20 participants will receive special LEGO-themed kits.

Distinguished Jury and Youth Support

The judging panel includes a diverse group of notable figures, such as:

• Sports commentators Max Podzigun and Vitaliy Volochai (v1lat)
• Psychologist Svitlana Roiz
• Host and comedian Yefim Konstantinovsky
• Lead singer of KARTA SVITU, Ivan Marunych
• Singer Svitlana Tarabarova
• Sports blogger Anastasia Levchenko
• Representatives from Visa and Oschadbank

Currently, Ukraine is home to approximately 1.3 million teenagers. According to the "Future Index" study, 82% of them hold an optimistic view of their prospects.

"Dreams provide a vision and the strength to move forward. Ukrainian teenagers today demonstrate remarkable resilience, courage, and the ability to plan for their futures," said Tetyana Chorna, Vice President and Regional Manager of Visa Ukraine.

Anton Tyutyun, Deputy Chairman of Oschadbank, emphasized:

"Everyone has a dream that once seemed unreachable. It’s from these dreams that goals, decisions, and progress begin. Ukrainian teens today possess a unique strength - they continue to dream about the future even when circumstances force them to mature quickly."

The "Shape Your Dreams" initiative highlights the critical importance of supporting young people, especially as they navigate daily life under intense stress. "Ukrainian teenagers are growing up in an environment where high stress is a constant. But it’s vital to recognize not only their vulnerabilities but also their incredible ability to adapt, seek support, and keep moving forward," stated Maria Todorchuk, founder of the Club of Benefactors.
