Dія.Card has launched in Ukraine: how to receive all state payments on one card

Ukrainians can now take advantage of a new digital service - Dія.Card, which allows for all state payments to be received on one multi-account card. Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced this.

To obtain the card, you need to use the mobile application 'Dія' or contact participating banks such as PrivatBank, Monobank, or Kredyt Dnipro. The number of partner banks will increase for greater convenience to users. The main advantage of the Dія.Card is that all state payments are concentrated on one carrier, eliminating the need for multiple accounts for different social programs.

The main advantages of the card are its universality for receiving any payments from the state and the combined payment function, where, in the event of insufficient budget funds, the system automatically uses the owner's personal money.

The Dія.Card can already be used to receive various types of state payments, such as eBook, eBaby, military bonds, unemployment benefits, pension payments, and more. All Ukrainian citizens over the age of 18 can use the service, provided they have a passport and TIN. In the near future, it is planned to enable payments under the 'School Package' program.

Fedorov noted that the National cashback and eRecovery remain separate products and are not integrated into the multi-account card.
