A digital tool 'Pulse' for entrepreneurs has appeared in Ukraine

According to the agency's innovations, entrepreneurs can now quickly report obstacles in their activities through a special tool 'Pulse' on the official websites of the Ministry of Economy and the State Tax Service.

'Pulse' is a communication mechanism between business and government that allows entrepreneurs to draw attention to issues in their industry and region, and promotes quick decision-making by authorities.'

Oleksandr Tsybort, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, emphasized: 'Partnership between business and government is not just about convenience, but also about responsibility and continuous interaction. 'Pulse' is a tool that facilitates the joint efforts of both sides and the adoption of systemic solutions.'

It is also worth noting that 'Pulse' is integrated into the taxpayer's cabinet on the State Tax Service portal, allowing entrepreneurs to stay informed and leave comments directly in the online cabinet. In several regions of Ukraine, this tool has already successfully functioned as a system for processing appeals, easing cooperation between businesses and the government and promoting the adoption of effective decisions.

Combinations of stimulating cooperation between entrepreneurs and government authorities, along with the development of digital tools, will contribute to improving the business environment in Ukraine and ensure prompt resolution of problems arising in the entrepreneurial sphere.
