From 14 years old: how to register a car in the name of a minor in Ukraine

However, there are significant restrictions – for a minor to become the owner of a vehicle, a notarially certified consent of parents or guardians is required.

Ukrainian laws allow for the registration of cars in the name of minors from the age of 14 provided that there is a notarially certified consent from the parents or guardians. These restrictions remain in effect until the owner reaches 18 years of age.
