According to hvylya.net: Martial law in Ukraine has been extended for another three months - until November 5, 2025. Along with this, the general mobilization regime remains in place, which will act according to new government rules from August 1. Resolution No. 560 of the Cabinet of Ministers defines the procedure for the conscription of citizens for military service in conditions of a special period.

According to the new document, not only reservists and conscripted individuals without grounds for deferment can be called into the Armed Forces, but also individuals with criminal records. This applies to those who have been convicted of minor or even some serious crimes - provided that they do not concern treason or terrorist activity. In some cases, the decision on their mobilization must be made by the General Staff, intelligence, or the SBU.

Those who received a sentence with a probation period, as well as suspects and defendants, may also be mobilized if after their release from custody they are not subjects of cases related to national security or especially serious crimes. In this case, they are required to appear at the TCC within 48 hours.
