Vadym Guttsait on new challenges in sports: what will change in Ukraine

According to НОК: Last weekend, the International Conference 'Sustainable Development and Heritage in Sports' took place at the National University of Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine. Vadym Guttsait, the president of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine and an Olympic champion, participated in the opening of the event. He emphasized the importance of sustainable development in sports, innovations, and a responsible approach to the current sporting challenges. Additionally, social, environmental, economic, and legal aspects of sports development, as well as issues related to esports, were discussed.

The importance of cooperation between sports organizations and universities in the development of esports was highlighted by the head of the NOC of Ukraine Commission, Andriy Gryshchenko. Such events contribute to the exchange of experiences, the development of best practices, and the search for ways to implement sustainable approaches in sports activities.
