Relatives of the deceased reported that the suspect, while at liberty, allegedly sent colorful messages to one of the students. This was reported by the publication 'Glavkom' referring to TSN.

According to information, volunteer and public figure Halina Vereshchaha visited the village of Kopystiryn, where the deceased Vladyslav Bevz and Mykola Bylyk lived, and organized a live broadcast with the mothers of the teenagers. During the live broadcast, information was revealed that, supposedly, Oleksii Ponamariov had been sending colorful messages to one of the students who was not even his student.

The mother of one of the girls who received these messages confirmed that her daughter communicated with the police to explain the situation. She said that the teacher started sending messages in July this year. When the mother became aware of this, she forbade her child to communicate with him, but he continued to send messages. The mother also noted that he demanded intimate services from her daughter.
