Ministry of Digital Transformation launched an internship for women: how they will prepare digital leaders

Yesterday, the Ministry of Digital Transformation held the first training for 15 female students and university graduates. The girls started internships in government institutions and funds, where they will be able to learn from the best experts and work on real projects for four months.

At the training, together with UNDP, the girls studied leadership issues and the role of a leader in team development. This project is part of the internship program launched by the Ministry of Digital Transformation, aimed at developing talented Ukrainian women in the innovative field.

Internship participants will have the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and work experience in government institutions, which will contribute to the further digitalization of the country and the development of women's leadership in Ukraine.
