According to МВС: The veteran received a driver's license as a symbol of victory and belief in his own abilities. After studying at a driving school, he successfully passed the exams and received a category 'B' driver's license in the city of Dnipro.
“Finally, I can sit behind the wheel myself and plan trips – it’s an amazing feeling,” the veteran shared his emotions.
The project 'Barrier-Free Driving Schools' is being implemented as part of the initiative of the First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska, 'Without Barriers', aimed at creating equal opportunities for everyone who wants to learn to drive a car.
The veteran proudly made a name for himself by receiving a driver's license as a symbol of victory and self-belief, becoming an example for many others who also dream of their own car and freedom behind the wheel.
