The explosion caused damage not only to the accused but also could have caused significant harm to those around, if not for a fortunate coincidence that prevented serious injuries. As a result of the incident, the man received three years of imprisonment. The first-instance court issued a verdict, which was upheld by the appellate court, leaving the decision unchanged.
