According to Міністерство інфраструктури: During a working visit to the Sumy region, Deputy Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine and Minister for Communities and Territories Development, Oleksiy Kubra, presented state awards, commendations, and monetary bonuses to ten railway workers. These honors were bestowed in recognition of their vital efforts to restore critical infrastructure damaged by enemy shelling. The Sumy region, which borders Russia, has been a frequent target of attacks since the full-scale invasion began in 2022.
