According to hvylya.net: The most affected regions are Kharkiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, and Kherson. In particular, 278 emergency medical vehicles have been destroyed, another 131 have been damaged, and 80 vehicles have been captured by the enemy.
The civilian infrastructure of Ukraine, particularly healthcare institutions, is constantly subjected to attacks by Russia. According to the Ministry of Health, as of July 1, 2025, damage or complete destruction of 2,384 objects within 781 healthcare institutions has been confirmed.
Russian attacks on Ukraine's civilian infrastructure, particularly healthcare institutions, result in serious material damage and pose a threat to the lives of the civilian population. Authorities must take immediate measures to protect civilian objects from such attacks.
