The Diia mobile application is preparing to launch six new services that promise to improve the lives of every Ukrainian.

One of the services will be basic social assistance, which will combine all social payments into one. Users will also have the opportunity to use an AI assistant that will help them interact with the Diia application and find the necessary services.

'In time, you will be able to receive consultations and public services simply by writing your request in the chat in plain language,' explained Mykhailo Fedorov.

Initially, a beta test for obtaining an income certificate through the AI assistant will be launched, and later basic social assistance will begin to be provided.

There are also plans to launch e-notary services, which will allow notarial services to be obtained online, simplifying the process and reducing its cost.

Plans also include the creation of the eExcise service, which will allow Ukrainians to check the legality of goods by scanning electronic excise stamps.

'We will carry out a digital transformation of the industry and replace the paper excise stamp with an electronic one,' added Mykhailo Fedorov.

In addition, there are plans to create an online service 'Path of the Wounded' for military personnel and their families, which will simplify their interaction with government agencies and avoid unnecessary procedures.

Basic social assistance and other changes

These new services in the Diia mobile application have great potential to improve the quality and accessibility of public services for Ukrainians. It is important to keep track of updates and be ready for new opportunities that will soon appear in the application.
