93.4 million UAH has been allocated for the reconstruction of the street and road network in Borodyanka. The largest contract was signed with LLC 'Rostdorstroy' for a total amount of 429.9 million UAH for 4.8 km of road. The Recovery Service has transferred funds to the contractor twice: initially 4.2 million UAH, then 88.2 million UAH. LLC 'Rostdorstroy', founded in 2005 in Odesa, has Eugene Konovalov and Yuriy Schumacher as its ultimate beneficial owners.

Financing and volumes of work

Additionally, on December 25, LLC 'BMbud' received 61.91 million UAH for the construction of an apartment building at Centralna Street 324. The total cost of work for this company amounts to 125.2 million UAH, while the amount of funds received is nearly 187 million UAH. On December 26, LLC 'Integral Bud-Standard' received 23.36 million UAH for the completion of additional work, while the total cost of the project for this company reaches 280 million UAH.

On December 25, a contract was also signed with LLC 'Ukrainian Production and Construction Alliance 'Center'' for the amount of 18.7 million UAH. The total cost of the tender for this organization is 44.6 million UAH. Since 2016, LLC 'Ukrainian Production and Construction Alliance 'Center'' has received state orders in the amount of 1.10 billion UAH. The expected cost of work at the 'Champion' stadium in Irpin amounts to 27.7 million UAH.

Thus, the reconstruction of Borodyanka is actively supported by financing from the state budget, and contracting organizations continue to receive a large volume of orders for the restoration of infrastructure and housing stock.
