According to glavcom.ua: This news reports that tomorrow, November 19, electricity consumption restrictions will be introduced in most regions of Ukraine. Power cut schedules will be in effect from 00:00 to 23:59, and power restrictions will apply to industrial consumers. The reason for this is massive missile and drone attacks on energy facilities.
Due to the increased risks to Ukraine's energy infrastructure, it is important to be prepared for possible electricity outages. 'Glavkom' provides recommendations on how to prepare for this and actions to take in case of power, heating, and water outages.
