Zverev's nephew died in Ukraine: the showman lost his second relative in the war
Earlier, in Moscow, the spokesman for the singer Shaman, Anton Korobkov-Zemlyansky, died suddenly. He began to choke, and his wife called an ambulance, but the doctors could not save the 40-year-old man. In addition, in the Republic of Karelia, a dead Russian occupier Andrey Tkachenko was discovered, who was one of the closest associates of the leader of the private military company 'Wagner,' Yevgeny Prigozhin. A former vice president of the Russian corporation 'Yukos,' Mikhail Rogachov, was also found dead in Moscow. Preliminary reports indicate he fell from a window.
The showman and active supporter of Vladimir Putin and the war, Sergey Zverev, announced the death of another of his nephews in Ukraine. According to Zverev, his nephew Igor, who was born in 1996, was mobilized as one of the first. He 'went on a mission' and did not return. The showman noted that his relative had been hunting since childhood, so his experience was utilized by the Russian army. This is already the second loss in the Zverev family this year. Earlier, in winter, he announced the death of his nephew Andrey, who was also mobilized for the war.
Denunciation of the convention:
Notably, the Russian government has proposed to Vladimir Putin to denounce the European Convention for the Prevention of Torture, which was adopted back in 1987. This step would allow Russia to escape the control of the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture. According to the convention, the Committee has the right to visit any place of detention of individuals deprived of their liberty (prisons, pre-trial detention centers, psychiatric hospitals, etc.) in the territories of participating countries. The Russian government proposes to cease adherence to this norm.
In the mentioned events, one can see an increase in social tension related to the war in Ukraine and the political situation in Russia. The deaths of the showman's nephews and other tragic incidents that have occurred recently testify to the complexity of the situation in these countries and the overall climate of uncertainty and instability.
