Ivan Vygivskyi Meets with the British Ambassador to Ukraine

According to МВС: Ukraine’s Minister of Internal Affairs, Ivan Vygivskyi, held talks with Neil Crompton, the British Ambassador to Ukraine, focusing on cooperation in material and technical support, experience sharing, countering hybrid threats, military training, and veteran affairs.

The discussions covered several key areas of collaboration between Ukraine and the United Kingdom, including:

• training for personnel of the National Guard and State Border Guard Service of Ukraine;
• the operation of Ministry of Internal Affairs units amid the ongoing full-scale war;
• restoration efforts following Russian attacks on civilian infrastructure.

It is important to highlight that in the past week, Russian strikes damaged approximately 900 residential buildings, 13 educational institutions, and 9 hospitals.

Additionally, with support from the British Embassy, a series of initiatives for veterans have been carried out, including training sessions for veteran policy assistants. Ivan Vygivskyi emphasized the necessity of tangible outcomes from this cooperation:

“It is crucial for us that this partnership continues to deliver practical results,” said Ivan Vygivskyi.
