She admitted that she previously led an irresponsible lifestyle, regularly consuming junk food, fast food, and sugary sodas.
“I was irresponsible with my body. I ate a lot-terrible things, snacks, gas station food, fast food, and soda instead of water. Honestly, losing weight wasn’t that hard for me.” – Victoria Tkach.
Victoria also emphasized the importance of portion control, explaining that she has learned to stop eating the moment she feels full, avoiding overeating. “Now I allow myself to eat certain things, but I’ve learned to control myself-to stop when I realize my body is satisfied, and not to overdo it,” she added. “It’s not as perfect as I’d like. I need to work on my arms. My stomach… I tell myself it’s cortisol, but there’s still some extra weight I need to tighten up,” she noted.
