Payments of 1500 UAH for certain categories of Ukrainians: registration must be completed by April 20

Ukrainians among veterans can receive a payment of 1500 UAH within the "Veterans Sports" program. To do this, you need to submit an application through the "Diya" app by April 20. This is stated by "24 Channel".

Payment of 1500 UAH to veterans: who is eligible for assistance

The program was resumed in April and provides financial support for sports activities. The funds can be received by:

• veterans;

• combat participants with disabilities;

• persons with the status of combat veteran;

• people with war-related disabilities (according to the State Registry of War Veterans);

• adults with a verified tax number;

• those who have an active Diya Card.

At the same time, a veteran's certificate in the app is not mandatory, but the status must be confirmed in the registry.

How to receive the payment of 1500 UAH through Diya: instructions

To apply for assistance, follow these steps:

• open the "Diya" app;

• select the "Services" section;

• find the "Veterans Sports" program;

• choose the Diya Card;

• confirm the application.

The money will be credited within six working days after submitting the application.

Importantly, automatic payments are no longer available. Applications must be submitted by all recipients - both new and those who have already used the program before.

The received funds can be spent at sports facilities that operate under the appropriate activity codes.

Applications can only be submitted in the first months of the quarter - in January, April, July, and October - from the 1st to the 20th inclusive.

Earlier, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs explained that the program is aimed at supporting the physical activity of veterans and their rehabilitation through sports.
