Homeowners in Ukraine are warned of significant fines

According to hvylya.net: According to information from the resource 'Hvylya', the State Inspectorate of Architecture and Urban Planning warns of possible serious financial penalties for owners of rural houses due to violations of construction requirements.

The main problem is that a private house can only have two floors plus an attic according to regulations. To build a third floor, additional permits and procedures are required, but many developers ignore these requirements and independently add another level.

For such violations, fines range from 8,500 to 908,400 hryvnias during construction works. Even if there is an official permit, but deviations from construction standards are found, the fine is from 850 hryvnias

Earlier, it was reported who in Ukraine will receive affordable housing from the state.

Each owner of a rural house in Ukraine must adhere to construction requirements and not violate established standards, as they may become subject to financial sanctions if the rules are not followed.
