Dія has suspended two key services for drivers: what is not working and when to expect restoration

In the Dія app, two important services for drivers have been temporarily disabled. This was reported by the press service of the digital service on August 4, 2025.

Currently, it is impossible to replace the vehicle registration certificate and re-register the vehicle through the mobile application. The Dія team, together with specialists from the main service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, is working on fixing the technical issues and restoring the full operation of the services.

Thanks to other available services in the application, users can still take advantage of the service. For example, it is possible to extend the validity of the driver's license or designate or cancel the authorized user of the vehicle.

The press service promised to immediately inform about the restoration of the unavailable services through official social networks after the technical problems are resolved.

The Dія application temporarily does not provide the opportunity to replace the vehicle registration certificate and re-register the vehicle through the mobile application. However, users can use other available services, and the problem has been promised to be fixed as soon as possible.
