According to Главком: A 13-year-old girl is in a coma after being hit by a Renault Megane while using a pedestrian crossing in Irpin on April 14. “On April 14 in Irpin, the driver of a Renault Megane, while changing lanes, struck a 13-year-old girl who was crossing the road. The child suffered severe bodily injuries as a result. Preliminary information indicates the driver, a 61-year-old man, was sober at the time of the crash and was detained at the scene.
