According to him, talks about peace negotiations only demoralize the military on the front lines, as Russia has no intention of stopping the war and building a compromise with Ukraine, but instead aims to eliminate our state.
Lutsenko emphasizes that Ukraine faces a choice between capitulation and a compromise, which in the case of Russia can only turn out to be a disguised capitulation. He urges not to believe in illusions and to see the real threat posed by the Russian military machine.
