According to glavcom.ua: Today, December 22, in Moscow, the head of the operational training department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation - Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov - has been eliminated. According to the publication 'Glavkom', his criminal activities in the military sphere are known.
Fanil Sarvarov was born on March 11, 1969, in the city of Gremyachinsk, Perm region. He underwent training at various military educational institutions, including the Kazan Higher Tank Command School, the Military Academy of Armored Troops named after Malinovsky, and the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
During his service, he participated in numerous military conflicts, including the Ossetian-Ingush conflict, the Chechen war, and the war in Syria. As the head of the operational training department, he planned and coordinated military operations, developed national defense plans, and was responsible for troop management.
