According to Зеленський: Today in Ukraine, we commemorate the Day of Remembrance for the victims of the Holodomor, events that occurred in the last century. This is a day when each of us has the opportunity to honor the memory of those who suffered from this tragedy.
On this day, ceremonial events take place where people lay flowers at the monuments to the victims of the Holodomor, honoring their memory with prayers and a moment of silence. This is a day of remembrance for those who perished due to the artificially created famine.
By recalling this tragedy, we not only honor the memory of those who died but also remind ourselves and future generations of the importance of preserving human life and the memory of the past.
