According to glavcom.ua: The Ukrainian national team showed impressive results at the World Games in Chengdu, China, finishing third in the overall standings with 44 medals. Athletes won gold, silver, and bronze in 11 sports, including judo, swimming, athletics, and others. The most successful sport for the team was judo, with 6 awards.
This is the best result for Ukrainian athletes in the history of the World Games. It is worth noting that only Germany ranks ahead, while the winners are the Chinese team, which won 64 medals. However, this success is recognized as a significant step forward for Ukrainian sports, deserving the gratitude and support of the entire country.
