World Aquatics allowed Putin's supporters to the World Championship: who is responsible for this

According to glavcom.ua: The resource Base of Ukrainian sports reported that some organization allowed supporters of the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin to the World Swimming Championship. This information was published by the portal 'Glavkom'.

On August 3, the World Aquatics Championships ended, where the presence of several supporters of the war against Ukraine was visible. Among them were athletes who cooperate with an organization involved in the abduction of Ukrainian children and support Putin.

'The participation of these athletes in the competitions violates the recommendations of the IOC,' noted representatives of Base of Ukrainian sports.

It is also worth noting that sports lawyer Nicolo Zhugleir is the coordinator of the Aquatics Integrity Unit, which was involved in allowing these athletes to compete, not adhering to international standards.

On October 7, 2024, one of the heroes of the propaganda video, athlete Kliment Kolesnikov, received congratulations from Russian athletes who called the dictator Putin the leader of winners and the support of millions of hearts.
