Lobbying Activity Reporting Campaign in Ukraine

According to НАЗК: From January 1, 2026, a lobbying activity reporting campaign will start in Ukraine. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Lobbying", lobbyists are required to submit reports twice a year. These reports must be submitted to the Transparency Register.

The deadline for submitting reports starts at 00:00 on January 1 and ends at 23:59 on January 31, 2026. Lobbyists must submit reports for the first half of the year by July 31, and for the second half by January 31 of the following year. Importantly, lobbyists who registered from September 1, 2025, are also required to submit reports for the period of actual lobbying activities by December 31, 2025, inclusive. This new initiative aims to enhance transparency and accountability in lobbying activities in Ukraine.
