З 16 грудня 2025 року в Україні запроваджено електронний облік військових документів.

New rules for the use of military registration documents

According to ХВИЛЯ: From December 16, 2025, new rules for the use of military registration documents (MRD) will come into effect in Ukraine, which will involve a transition to a predominantly electronic format. This innovation concerns all conscripted individuals, except those registered with the Security Service of Ukraine or intelligence agencies.

According to decree No. 550, old paper military registration documents will remain valid until new ones are issued. From May 2024, old documents will remain in effect until a new electronic variant is issued. It is important to note that if the data in the paper document does not match the information entered into the 'Oberih' register, such a document loses its validity.

Process of obtaining an electronic document

The electronic military registration document can be generated through the 'Reserv+' platform or the 'Diia' portal. If a person does not have the ability to use these online services, they should contact the territorial recruitment center (TCC). To do this, it is necessary to personally visit the TCC, where a printout of the electronic document can be obtained. It is important to note that at this time, it is not possible to obtain a printout through the administrative services center (ASC).

Thus, the implementation of electronic military registration documents will simplify the process of accounting for conscripted individuals in Ukraine and will help to avoid possible issues related to the untimely updating of data.

The transition to electronic military registration documents is an important step in modernizing the accounting system for conscripted individuals in Ukraine. This innovation will not only simplify administrative procedures but also increase the efficiency of record-keeping, reducing risks associated with the unreliability of paper documents. The implementation of electronic technologies in this area corresponds to global trends in the digitalization of public administration and provides citizens with the opportunity to receive services faster and more conveniently.
