Business initiative for families of the fallen: The government expands grants up to 1 million UAH

According to Кабмін: Starting from January 1, the government is expanding support for veterans and their families through the 'Business Initiative' program. Grants under this initiative will become an important part of the support strategy for 'Made in Ukraine' producers.

From now on, veterans and their families will have the opportunity to receive grants, which can also be accessed by parents, adult children, and families of fallen defenders. Assistance can reach up to 1 million UAH on the condition of creating new jobs.

This year, 1442 veterans and their family members have already received grants through the 'Business Initiative' program, with a total amount of 694.1 million UAH. This has led to the creation of 2802 new jobs.

To apply for a veteran grant, conflict participants can utilize the Diya online service or contact employment centers in person.

The expanded 'Business Initiative' program provides veterans and their families with new opportunities to receive support in developing their own businesses and promotes the creation of new jobs by Ukrainian producers.
