Record 9,293 Drones and 251 Combat Clashes in a Single Day: Ukrainian General Staff Report

According to Главком: Ukraine's General Staff reported an exceptionally high level of enemy activity over the past 24 hours, marking the 1,569th day of the full-scale war. A staggering 9,293 kamikaze drones were deployed by Russian forces, alongside 3,248 artillery strikes on civilian settlements and Ukrainian military positions. The day also saw 251 separate combat engagements, with the enemy conducting 100 airstrikes that included 292 guided aerial bombs.

Frontline Situation

On the Northern Slobozhansk and Kursk axes, only one combat clash occurred. The aggressor launched three airstrikes using seven guided bombs and carried out 90 artillery bombardments, eight of which came from multiple launch rocket systems. In the Southern Slobozhansk sector, Russian forces attacked four times near Starytsia, Okhrimivka, and Kindrashivka.

On the Kupiansk front, Ukrainian defenders halted two enemy attempts to advance toward Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi. On the Lyman axis, Russian troops tried 16 times to break through defense lines near Novoselivka, Drobysheve, Yampil, Lyman, and Ozerne. In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy launched 14 assaults near Zakitne, Riznykivka, Kryva Luka, and Rai-Oleksandrivka.

On the Kramatorsk front, a single attempt to push Ukrainian forces out of the Chasiv Yar area was repelled. On the Kostiantynivka axis, occupiers conducted 14 attacks near Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Illinivka, Stepanivka, Kostiantynivka, Mykolaipillia, Vilne, and Bilytske. The Pokrovsk direction saw the highest activity, with 55 assault actions stopped in the areas of:

On the Huliaipole front, occupiers launched 29 assaults around Rybne, Pryluky, Zaliznychne, Charivne, Dobropillia, Vozdvyzhivka, Verkhnia Tersa, Hirke, Novoselivka, and Huliaipolske. On the Orikhiv direction, six enemy attempts to advance near Stepnohirsk, Shcherbaky, Nova Tokmachka, and Charivne were thwarted. On the Dnipro axis, one attempt to breach defenses near Bilohrudyi Island was stopped.

The situation on the front remains tense, with combat operations continuing across all sectors. This latest 24-hour period underscores the extreme intensity of hostilities, as the aggressor persists in applying pressure through heavy aerial bombardments and mass drone deployments. Despite the relentless attacks, Ukraine's Armed Forces continue to successfully repel enemy advances, demonstrating their resilience in this challenging environment.
