Business attracted 76 billion hryvnias in a year: who receives loans at 5-7-9%

Last week, entrepreneurs in Ukraine received 564 new loans totaling 1.8 billion UAH under the program "Affordable loans at 5-7-9%". In total, since the beginning of 2025, our businesses have received 25,500 loans totaling nearly 76 billion UAH.

The most loans were issued for the following areas: lending in high military risk zones (21.4 billion UAH); investment projects (19.8 billion UAH); development of the processing industry (19.8 billion UAH).

Overall, the "Affordable loans at 5-7-9%" program has been in effect since February 2020 and has supported 130,000 entrepreneurs who have obtained nearly 442 billion UAH in loans. Of these, during the martial law period — 95,100 loans for 352.4 billion UAH.

Among the leaders in terms of the number of loans are five regions that belong to high military risk zones: Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions. The largest volumes of lending have been attracted to the agricultural sector, processing industry, wholesale and retail trade.

The "Affordable loans at 5-7-9%" program is an important element of the "Made in Ukraine" policy and aims to support small and medium-sized businesses. A special regime with low interest rates on investments is provided for enterprises in high military risk zones.

Thus, the program provides crucial financial support to Ukrainian entrepreneurs, facilitating the development of business and the economy of the country as a whole.
