According to glavcom.ua: President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, together with the Minister for Veterans Affairs Natalia Kalmykova, set off from Kyiv to the village of Marchalivka in the Kyiv region on August 29. There was a solemn opening of the National Military Memorial Cemetery, reports 'Glavkom'.
