In a week, businesses attracted 1.24 billion UAH in loans 5-7-9

Statistics of New Loans

According to Мін. Економіки: Last week, entrepreneurs applied for 456 new loans under the "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" program for a total amount of 1.24 billion UAH. The largest increase in the amount of loans issued was recorded for businesses in areas of high military risk, where 480 million UAH was received, accounting for 38.6% of all new loan funds issued during this period. The program is part of the policy to develop domestic producers "Made in Ukraine".

Attracting Loans in 2026

Since the beginning of 2026, businesses have attracted 24.4 thousand loans for 109.9 billion UAH. The largest volumes of lending are distributed as follows:

• businesses in areas of high military risk - 37.6 billion UAH;
• processing enterprises - 29.8 billion UAH;
• investment projects - 17.1 billion UAH.

Additionally, in 2026, businesses issued 839 energy loans at 0% for 1.26 billion UAH.

Since the launch of the program in February 2020, a total of 159.3 thousand loans have been attracted for 572 billion UAH. During the period of martial law, enterprises received 124.5 thousand loans for 482.4 billion UAH.

The "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" program has a significant impact on supporting Ukrainian businesses, especially in conditions of military risk. It not only provides funding but also stimulates the development of production, which is essential for the country's economic stability. The support of enterprises in high-risk areas demonstrates the government's commitment to maintaining economic activity even in challenging conditions.
