UAH 340 Million in Home Loans: 164 eOselia Mortgages Issued in a Week

According to Мін. Економіки: In the past seven days, 164 new mortgages worth a combined UAH 340 million were issued to Ukrainians under the eOselia program. The initiative, which operates within the broader "Made in Ukraine" policy, continues to provide housing support during a difficult period for the country.
The breakdown of loans granted at a 3% rate is as follows:
- Service members and security-sector employees: 51
- Healthcare professionals: 12
- Teachers: 8
- Researchers: 1
- Veterans: 14
Among the 7% loans, 48 went to people with no housing of their own, and 30 were issued to internally displaced persons.
Since the start of 2026, 4,979 Ukrainians have used eOselia, with the total value of preferential mortgages reaching UAH 9.7 billion. The highest regional distribution of these loans was recorded in:
- Kyiv region: 60
- Kyiv city: 34
- Odesa region: 10
- Lviv region: 9
These weekly figures offer a snapshot of demand for state-supported home financing. eOselia remains a key tool for helping Ukrainians obtain housing, especially amid crisis conditions; the continued rise in mortgage volumes demonstrates the program's effectiveness across diverse social groups, including military personnel, healthcare workers, and displaced citizens. This trend may also contribute to greater housing-market stability and expand access to living space for those in need.
