eOselia Program: Cumulative Results and Regional Leaders
Since the start of 2026, 5,253 Ukrainians have benefited from eOselia, with total preferential mortgages reaching UAH 10.3 billion. The regions that accounted for the largest number of loans were Kyiv Oblast (51), the city of Kyiv (27), and Lviv Oblast (11).
eOselia is a central pillar of the 'Made in Ukraine' policy.
The program shows how state support can improve access to housing, particularly for socially vulnerable citizens. By keeping interest rates low, it enables more families to buy homes, an essential step in the country's post-war reconstruction. Further growth in mortgage lending could help steady the real estate market and raise living standards for many Ukrainians. In today's environment, affordable housing initiatives like eOselia are more important than ever.
