In One Week, Fifteen People Were Moved Out of Donetsk's Frontline Communities
Evacuation Work by the Phoenix Group
According to ДСНС: Donetsk Oblast continues to experience the effects of active hostilities, making evacuation support a vital humanitarian effort. Over the past seven days, Phoenix responders worked through 59 addresses in settlements across the region and helped 15 residents leave areas near the front line, including people from the Kramatorsk and Sviatohirsk communities.
From Kramatorsk municipality, 11 people were evacuated, among them five children. From Sviatohirsk municipality, four residents were assisted in leaving, three of whom have reduced mobility. The Phoenix team remains active, helping civilians who wish to move away from dangerous zones.
This operation is an important part of protecting people still living in frontline areas.

The work of the Phoenix evacuation unit highlights the ongoing need to assist communities affected by armed conflict. Effective evacuations, particularly for vulnerable groups such as children and people with limited mobility, are a key component of humanitarian aid in areas threatened by combat.
