According to Кабмін: From 24.02.22 to 17.12.25, the total enemy losses are approximately as follows:

• personnel losses – about 1,192,350 (+1,730) individuals
• tank losses – 11,427 (+6) units
• losses in armored fighting vehicles – 23,758 (+21) units
• artillery system losses – 35,205 (+33) units
• losses in multiple launch rocket systems – 1,571 (+1) units
• losses in air defense systems – 1,262 (+1) units
• aircraft losses – 432 (+0) units
• helicopter losses – 347 (+0) units
• losses in operational-tactical drones – 91,386 (+167) units
• cruise missile losses – 4,073 (+0) units
• losses in ships and boats – 28 (+0) units
• submarine losses – 2 (+0) units
• losses in automotive vehicles and fuel tanks – 70,361 (+179) units
• losses in special equipment – 4,027 (+1) units

The Ukrainian forces conducted an assessment of enemy losses for the period between February 24, 2022, and December 17, 2025. During this time, the enemy has lost a significant amount of equipment and personnel. Combat actions continue, but enemy forces continue to suffer significant losses, which is an important factor in the conflict.
