In response, European Commissioner for Defence, Andrius Kubilius, will launch a missile tour of European manufacturers this week to expedite deliveries to Ukraine.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has expressed concern that the Middle East conflict could divert air defense resources away from Ukraine. In a proactive move, Zelenskyy has proposed an international deal: Ukraine is prepared to exchange its own advanced interceptor missile designs for PAC-3 missiles used in Patriot systems.
